NOTES: This Blanc de Blancs, made from 100% Chardonnay in the Méthode Traditionnelle, shows just how expressive the variety can be in its youth. The nose is a subtle mix of grapefruit peel, lime pith and pastry crumb. The palate is delicate yet bright and expressive right now, with a hint of salinity and a creamy finish.

Extended lees aging will build mid-palate weight and dimension without sacrificing freshness.
